- Higher Learning is a fully licensed childcare center that has been serving the community for more than 20 years. Located in Chicago’s South Shore neighborhood, we serve children from across Chicago, including families from South Shore, South Chicago, Gresham, Hyde Park, Woodlawn, and Kenwood.
- We partner with the City of Chicago and State of Illinois to offer Preschool for All and Prevention Initiatives – programs that are governed by the highest childcare standards to ensure that we provide the highest quality service.
- We partner with the IL State Board of Education to offer quality food service.
- We are accredited by the State of IL. Our administrative team has director’s credentials with the State of Illinois. Our teachers and assistants are certified to ensure that we have the skills to meet your child’s developmental needs.
- We partner with IL DHS, IL DCFS, IL Action for Children and CPS to offer subsidized care which, for qualified applicants, helps ease the cost of childcare.
- We are located within walking distance from the Metra and CTA stops.
