Teachers
Higher Learning seeks to employ early childhood professionals who are creative, self-motivated and passionate about childcare. We desire teachers who have a great working knowledge of childhood education; and are able to take that knowledge, apply it in the classroom and adapt learning to the individual needs of each student.
Essential qualifications
We look for the following credentials in our teaching candidates:
- Passion for working with young children
- Strong classroom management skills and proven ability to manage a pre-school classroom
- Strong core knowledge of early childhood development concepts and developmental milestones
- Excellent verbal communication
- Ability to work well in a team environment
